Booking

We offer a comprehensive menu of treatments and packages to relax, revive and beautify the whole body. Our experienced staff can help you choose specific treatments to meet your needs.

To avoid disappointment pre booking your treatments is advised. A 50% deposit will be requested at the time of your booking

 

Arrival

We recommend that you arrive fifteen minutes prior to your appointment to ensure a relaxed start. This allows time to submit your already completed Client Information form emailed to you or to complete the consultation form prior to your treatment. This is an important step in the journey as it ensures our therapists are able to tailor your treatment plan to any specific requirements which you may have.

 

What to Wear

Please wear whatever clothes are comfortable for you. We provide robes, slippers, disposable underwear, towels and lockers. During treatments our therapists drape appropriately for privacy.

Please leave your valuables at home as we do not take responsibility for valuables left unattended in the Spa.

 

Health Considerations

Some Spa services may not be recommended or need to be specially designed for certain health conditions. Please inform our staff of any health problems, disabilities or allergies when making a booking. You will be asked to complete a confidential consultation form on arrival to ensure your treatments are suitable for you.

 

Pregnancy

Please notify us when booking your treatment. Some services may not be recommended during pregnancy. We have designed treatments with products and techniques that are safe during pregnancy.

 

Spa Etiquette

Please ensure all electronic devices and mobile phones are switched off before entering the Spa. Please respect our other guests by keeping noise to a minimum. Smoking is prohibited.

 

Children Policy

In consideration for other guests and for safety reasons we ask that you do not bring children to any appointments.

 

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule. We require a 24 hour notice of change or cancellation Monday to Friday and 48 hours for weekend bookings. Cancellation within 24 hours Monday to Friday or 48Hours for weekend bookings of your appointment or no show will incur a loss of the deposit. Gift voucher bookings cancelled within 24 hours Monday to Friday or 48 hours for weekend bookings or no show will result in cancellation of the voucher.
