Clinic Etiquette
Booking
We offer a comprehensive menu of Skin Treatments to suit any number of concerns. Our experienced staff can help you choose specific treatments to meet your needs.
To avoid disappointment pre booking your treatments is advised.
A $60.00 deposit will be required at the time of your booking.
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule. We require 24 hours notice of change or cancellation of bookings on Tuesday to Friday and 48 hours for weekend bookings.
Cancellation of bookings within 24 hours of your appointment Tuesday to Friday or 48 Hours for weekend bookings or no show will incur a loss of the deposit.
Gift voucher bookings cancelled within 24 hours Tuesday to Friday or 48 hours for weekend bookings or no show will result in cancellation of the voucher.
Arrival
We recommend that you arrive fifteen minutes prior to your appointment to ensure a relaxed start. This allows time to complete your Client Consultation form and prepare for your treatment. The Client Consultation form ensures our therapists are able to tailor your treatment plan to your specific needs.
Client Consultation Form
You may receive an online client consultation form. We ask that you complete this prior to the arrival of your appointment. The Client Consultation form ensures our therapists are able to tailor your treatment plan to your specific needs.
What to Wear
Please wear whatever clothes are comfortable for you. During treatments our therapists drape appropriately for privacy.
Please leave your valuables at home as we do not take responsibility for valuables left unattended in the Clinic.
Health Considerations
Some treatments may not be recommended or may need to be individualised for certain health conditions. Please inform our staff of any health conditions, disabilities or allergies when making a booking and ensure you include them in the confidential Client Consultation.
Pregnancy
Congratulations! We are certainly able to accommodate pregnant clients as we have designed treatments with products and techniques that are safe during pregnancy. Please notify our reception team when booking your treatment as some of our services may not be recommended during pregnancy.
General Etiquette
Please ensure all electronic devices and mobile phones are switched off or to silent before entering the clinic. Please respect our other guests by keeping noise to a minimum. Smoking is prohibited.
Children Policy
In consideration for other guests and for safety reasons we ask that you do not bring children to any appointments.
Gift Vouchers
As per the Australian Consumer Law, Peninsula Life Medispa gift vouchers purchased for a promotional package have a 6-month expiry. All other vouchers are valid for three years.
Gift vouchers purchased from Peninsula Life Medispa are redeemable for any of our products or services within the spa. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any remaining value on a gift voucher will be applied to your account as a credit for future bookings.
The extension of a gift voucher after its expiry date will be at the discretion of management and should be clarified at the time of booking.
